At swordigo by Sisodiya Nishant, we strive to deliver authentic, high-quality products with utmost care and attention. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below.
No Refund Policy: Swordigo does not provide refunds once an order has been placed and processed. All sales are considered final, and no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
– Change of mind or personal preference
– Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
– Delays caused by courier or customs authorities
– Refusal to accept the product upon delivery
Cancellation Policy: Swordigo does not entertain cancellation requests once the order is placed, regardless of the order status (confirmed, dispatched, or in transit).
– Orders cannot be canceled or modified after payment is completed.
– Prepaid and COD booking payments are non-refundable even in case of voluntary cancellation by the buyer.
– Exchange Policy: Exchange requests are accepted only if:
– The customer receives a damaged product, or
– The product received is not the same as the one ordered.
Exchange Request Procedure: The customer must raise an exchange request within 14 days of product delivery by emailing us at sisodiyan226@gmail.com.
The request must include:
Unboxing video (from start to finish, showing the sealed package being opened),
Clear photographs of the product showing the defect or incorrect item,
Failure to provide sufficient proof will result in automatic rejection of the exchange request. All claims will be individually reviewed by swordigo management team. If approved, an exchange of the same product or equivalent replacement will be provided. No refunds will be issued in exchange cases.
Conditions for Exchange Approval:
An exchange request will be approved only if:
– The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
– Adequate video and photographic proof are provided by the customer
– The product has not been altered, modified, or tampered with after delivery
– The issue is verified and confirmed by swordigo India,
– swordigo reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above criteria or appears malicious or fraudulent.
Responsibility & Liability:
- Swordigo is not liable for damages caused due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence by the customer.
- Swordigo is not responsible for minor aesthetic variations (such as color or texture differences) due to photography or lighting.
- Once the product is dispatched, Swordigo is not responsible for courier delays or issues beyond our control.
- In case of a lost parcel, Swordigo will assist with a courier claim but is not obligated to refund until confirmed by the courier partner.
Legal Rights & Policy Amendments: Swordigo reserves the right to modify or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts and are governed by Indian law.
“Management” refers to the authorized representatives and team members of Swordigo.
